Join our team as a Northern California Nurse Practitioner in an independent, non-profit FQHC with over 40 years of community-based care. This position offers a four-day workweek with long weekends, no nights, and no weekends.

Job Description

• Independent, non-profit FQHC with 40+ years of community-based care
• Four-day workweek, 8am-6pm; long weekends, no nights, no weekends
• Diverse patient population with a strong focus on holistic, equitable healthcare
• Epic EMR + onsite lab, pharmacy, and ultrasound
• Opportunity to work at a multi-provider site or independently manage a smaller clinic

Compensation & Benefits

• Total income potential $210K-$230K annually
• Base salary $180K-$190K + wRVU & quality incentives ($30K-$40K)
• Signing bonus/relocation: $10K
