Job Description

• You'll join 1 supervising physician and 1 other PA, providing full-spectrum primary care across two outpatient clinics.
• Outpatient care at Buffalo and Laverne clinics, rotating 2 days at one location and 3 days at the other weekly with the schedule built out 60 days in advance.
• ER call coverage at a rural emergency hospital with level 4 trauma and level 3 stroke capabilities - very low volume.
• Epic EMR, experienced nursing staff, and dedicated clinic support at each site.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday clinic hours (8am-5pm), averaging 14 patients per day (work 5 days one week, 4 the next).
• ER call 1-2 weekdays per week and 1 weekend per month, with light trauma volume.
• No after-hours call for outpatient clinics; one administrative day off every other week.
• Call schedule set 60 days in advance, with on-site call suite and optional housing nearby.

Compensation & Benefits

• $135,000 guaranteed salary for a 3-year term, plus $75,000 tax-free HRSA loan forgiveness.

Requirements

• Licensed Physician Assistant with interest or experience in both outpatient and ER settings.
