Job Description

• Outpatient setting with an older adult population (65+)
• Work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, scribes, and RNs
• Manageable patient load of 16-18 patients per day

Schedule

• No call requirements!
• Monday - Friday workweek
• Flexible start, with credentialing completed in just 30 days

Cases & Procedures

• Chronic disease management: diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia
• Age-related conditions such as mild cognitive impairment, CHF, coronary artery disease history
  • No procedures required - focus on comprehensive primary care

Travel and Lodging

• Travel and lodging accommodations are provided

Requirements

• Board-certified NP or MD in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• DEA certification; active enrollment in Medicare/Medicaid required
• Must hold active Oklahoma licensure
• Spanish proficiency a plus
