Job Description

• Thriving referral base: Established practice with strong community ties and a robust payor mix (60% Medicare / 40% Commercial)
• Clinic & surgical balance: Dedicated surgery day performed on-site, with the rest of your week in the outpatient clinic
• Flexible lifestyle schedule: Standard 8 AM-5 PM weekdays, with the option for a 4.5-day work week
• Physician-led model: Work in a collegial environment where decisions are guided by practicing physicians

• High-earning potential: Guaranteed base salary of $500K with 30% collections sharing for total earnings well above market

Requirements

• MD/DO with completion of ophthalmology residency
• Board certification or eligibility required
• Training or interest in cataract and/or glaucoma management encouraged
