Practice Setting

• Level II trauma center
• Hospital-based orthopedic service
• Collaboration with trauma surgery and emergency medicine teams
• Dedicated orthopedic department with onsite imaging

Schedule

• 24-hour call shifts
• Typical 7am to 7am coverage
• Recurring monthly blocks available
• No backup call

Cases and Procedures

• Acute orthopedic trauma cases
• Operative fracture management
• Inpatient consults and rounding
• No total joint procedures

Requirements

• Board Certified Orthopedic Surgery Physician
• Orthopedic trauma experience required
• Active Kentucky license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA
