Job Description

• Starting salary: $250,000 plus RVUs, $15,000 sign-on bonus, and $10,000 relocation
• Outpatient practice model: Primarily clinic-based role, seeing 16-18 patients per day with built-in support staff
• Low call commitment: Share a manageable 1:7 call schedule with Family Medicine physicians, no dedicated inpatient or NICU duties
• Team-based care: Practice alongside Family Medicine physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical assistants
• Attractive compensation: $250,000 starting salary, sign-on bonus and relocation support, plus a complete benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and long-term disability

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible Pediatric Physician or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
• Eligible for Oregon medical licensure and able to relocate
• Experience in fast-paced outpatient settings preferred
• Strong focus on patient-centered care and teamwork is required
