Locum Tenens Inpatient Cardiologist

We are seeking a Board-Certified Cardiologist (Internal Medicine Cardiology) for an ongoing inpatient-only locum tenens assignment in Richland, WA. The ideal candidate will have availability for 7 on/7 off coverage, working 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily with night call coverage after hours during their week on.

Providers must be available for at least two full weeks per month. This role is inpatient-focused with daily rounding, no outpatient clinic.

Job Description

• 7 AM to 7 PM inpatient rounding, followed by night call
• 7 on / 7 off rotation preferred
• Must be available a minimum of 2 full weeks/month
• Overtime: Paid for work exceeding 12 hours/day

Setting

• Inpatient only
• EMR: Epic
• No telehealth
• No outpatient clinic responsibilities

Requirements

• Inpatient Cardiology (Required)
• Non-invasive Cardiology (Required)
• Echocardiography (Required)
• STEMI management (Required)
• Board Certified in Cardiology
• Licensed in WA or IMLC eligible

Preferred Skills

• TEE (Transesophageal Echo)
• Nuclear Cardiology (Cardiolyte, Thallium, etc.)
• ICU experience
• Invasive diagnostic skills (preferred, not required)
