Job Description

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Shift Type: 24/7 Call Coverage
  • Round on newborns in the morning
  • Remain on call for the duration of the shift
• Schedule:
  • Inpatient and outpatient
  • Telehealth: Yes
• Patient Census: 1-6 newborns per shift
• Beds: 6-bed newborn nursery
• Holiday Coverage Required:
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Requirements

• License: Must hold or be eligible for Arizona license
• Role: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
• Experience: Prior experience in LDRP and newborn nursery required

• EMR: Epic
• Staffing Need: 2 NNPs to provide continuous 24/7 coverage for a newly opened LDRP/Newborn Nursery unit
