Job Description

• Outpatient clinic with Monday to Friday scheduled clinic hours
• Inpatient hospital coverage (variable Monday to Friday + 1-2 weekends per month, minimum 1 weekend)
• Telehealth services available

Call Details

• Type: Scheduled clinic hours + inpatient call (beeper coverage)
• Beeper response time: Within 20 minutes
• Call ratio: 1:3
• Average call volumes (per 24 hours):
  • Outpatient: 0-5 calls
  • Inpatient admissions: 0-2

Patient Volume

• Outpatient scheduled visits: 8 per day
• Inpatient admissions: 0-3

Systems and Tools

• Electronic medical record (EMR): Epic
• Assignment type: Assigned (ACT10 acceptable for inpatient and outpatient mix)

Holiday Schedule

Physician will have holidays off, including:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
