Job Description

• Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule in both inpatient and outpatient settings with 40 hours per week.
• Be part of a multi-specialty group within the largest independent, not-for-profit Deaconess Health System, with over 1,000 clinicians across three states.
• Work alongside a collaborative team of 31 cardiologists, including 2 cardiovascular surgeons, 12 interventional cardiologists, 12 noninvasive cardiologists, and 4 electrophysiologists.
• Access cutting-edge technology across 20+ locations in Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky, offering patients greater choice and care options than any other regional provider.
• Build a successful practice quickly with a large primary care referral base and a dedicated team of over 20 advanced practice providers (APPs).

• Utilize two dedicated OR suites at Gateway Hospitals, with a hybrid OR suite under construction, expected to be completed by fall 2025.

• Participate in an established, highly respected lead extraction program.
