Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our community. We are seeking 1 PRN Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our hospitalist group, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support for our patients.

Job Description

• Assist with day coverage for the hospitalist group
• Provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting

Requirements

• Licensure in the state of Illinois
• Certification by the ANCC as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or by the NCCPA as a Certified Physician Assistant
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a hospitalist role is preferred, but not required

Benefits

• Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
• Hourly range $50.00 - $75.00
