Delphi Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as a solo provider in the Emergency Department at a low-volume hospital in Ogdensburg, NY. Job Description

• Deliver high-quality, efficient emergency care independently
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute conditions
• Order/interpreting labs, imaging, and prescribe treatments
• Educate patients and support discharge planning

Position Highlights

• Hourly Rate: $115/hour + $15/hour quality bonus
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts per month
• Annual Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000
• Patient Volume: 13,000 visits/year (low-volume ED)

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a solo APP in an Emergency Department
• Procedures: Must be proficient in central lines, intubation, and other ED procedures
• Certifications: Current ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS (AHA only)
• Location: In-person role at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, Ogdensburg, NY
