Family Practice Physician

We are looking for a highly motivated Board Certified/Eligible Family Practice physician to help us develop and grow the practice of a physician who is hoping to retire in the next few months.

Leadership, customer service, and efficiency are sought in candidates for this position to assist in delivering the highest level of patient care to this busy established practice. We are looking for a physician willing to commit to help provide for the healthcare needs of our neighbors in this active office practice.

Two excellent Family Nurse Practitioners also help support this practice. Located near Syracuse, Rochester, Albany, and Utica, our community has excellent schools, wonderful small towns, and an appreciative, pleasant patient population.

Job Description

• Up to $358,000 base salary (75% MGMA) for full-time outpatient only practice
• Start/Relocation bonus - $50,000
• RVU bonus for productivity over 75% MGMA, paid quarterly; we reward productivity
• Open to either 5-8s or 4-10s
• This well-established practice has generous office volume available, currently 120 patient visits per week generating significant RVU bonus potential
• Meditech Expanse EMR system
• Minimal call coverage - answer after-hour patient calls for the primary care group only 2 or 3 days per month
