Job Description

• Provides high-quality walk-in care and occupational health services to patients of all ages, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Performs routine health check-ups, physical exams, and health screenings.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, including prescription medications and referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Educates patients and their families about health issues, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records, in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Actively participates in community events and initiatives to promote health and wellness, and to build relationships with patients and community members.

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice in New York.
• 3-5 years of experience in primary care preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and engagement.

Benefits

• Hours are very flexible, 40 hours per week, with hours that can flex between 7 AM - 5 PM, including 6 hours of admin time each week.
• Salary ranges from $250k - $300k based on experience but is flexible.
