We are currently seeking a Full-Time Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Massena Hospital in Upstate New York. This is a permanent, 7 on / 7 off day-shift position with a focus on quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Job Description

• Full-time, 7 on / 7 off schedule (day shift)
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Manage inpatients and provide care within a small detox unit (Suboxone training required)
• Participate in ongoing communication and care coordination with hospital staff
• Document all services provided in the patient’s medical record

Requirements

• Current NYS license and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• ACLS certification (required)
• Suboxone waiver (required or willing to obtain)
• Experience in an inpatient or hospitalist setting preferred

• $25,000 annual expense account (may be used for PTO or benefits)
