Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider (PA / NP)

Carthage Hospital in Carthage, New York, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Urgent Care clinic. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced urgent care environment while maintaining strong clinical autonomy with physician support available by phone when needed.

Job Description

• Compensation range: $75 - $85 per hour (W2)
• 12-hour day shifts Monday through Friday
• 6-hour weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday
• Solo APP coverage with physician phone support
• Comfortable managing 3 - 5 patients per hour in a fast-paced urgent care setting
• Perform procedures including suturing, fracture care, and splinting
• 3+ years of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred

Requirements

• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
