LPN

Harmony Place, a DePaul Healthcare facility, is an Assisted Living community located on Roosevelt Blvd. in Northeast Philadelphia. We are currently looking for LPNs for full-time evenings and nights, part-time days and nights, and per diem shifts. Some weekend hours are required. We offer a competitive hourly rate based on experience. Job Description

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established standards and practices
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
