Job Description

• Outpatient Family Practice in an FQHC setting
• Top hourly pay plus flight, rental car, and lodging
• Start date: 5/01/25 or as soon as possible
• End date: 9/05/25
• Length of assignment: 3 months, with the option to extend longer
• Credentialing takes 30-60 days
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, or will accept four 10-hour days
• Patient volume: 20-23 patients per day; all patients are pre-booked to account for no-shows
• Procedures include basic family medicine, wellness exams, child development, cold, cough, flu, chronic care, diabetes, and weight management
• EMR: AthenaHealth
• Must have a California license

Requirements

• Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Must have no hits on license; clean NPDB report and license required with submission
• Please include phone screen availability with submission and any additional languages spoken
