Join our team as a Locum Family Medicine Physician in Guadalupe, CA. This position offers top hourly pay along with flight, rental car, and lodging accommodations.

Job Description

• Outpatient Family Practice in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting
• Start date: 2/24/25 or as soon as possible
• End date: 6/27/25
• Length of assignment: 3 months, with the option to extend longer
• Credentialing process: 30-60 days
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, or will accept four 10-hour days
• Patient volume: 20-23 patients per day; all patients are pre-booked to account for no-shows
• Procedures include basic family medicine, wellness exams, child development, cold, cough, flu, chronic care, diabetes, weight management, and bread-and-butter family medicine
• EMR system used: AthenaHealth
• Must have a valid California medical license
• Additional information: One Advanced Practice Provider (APP) on-site
• Must be board-certified and have no hits on the license; a clean NPDB report and license are also required with submission
