Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Locum Family Medicine MD/DO

We are seeking a Locum Family Medicine MD/DO in Klamath Falls, OR. This position is at an IHS facility and requires an Oregon medical license.

Job Description

• Provide Family Medicine/Primary Care services
• Credentialing takes approximately 3-4 weeks
• Start as soon as credentialed
• Contracts available for 3-6 months
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM (No flexibility, no 4-day workweeks)
• Daily administrative/chart work time of 30 minutes to 1 hour
• Patient volume of 10-15 patients per day
• Must see all ages and handle a significant number of acute and chronic care patients
• Perform minor procedures including joint injections, Nexplanon insertion, biopsies, and minor laceration repairs

Requirements

• Must have experience with Nextgen EMR
• Must hold an Oregon medical license
• Board Certified (BC) or truly Board Eligible (BE)
• Current BLS and DEA certifications
