**Job Description**

- Credentialing takes approximately 60 days
- Start date: 5/2/25
- End date: 5/2/26
- Length of assignment: Options for 3, 6, 9, or 12-month contracts
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch
- Patient volume: 10 to 12 patients per day
- Procedures include primary care, physicals, and immunizations for ages 18 and older
- EMR system used: RPMS with IHS-specific add-ons
