Job Description

• 24/hour call rate with 4 gratis hours included, call back rate plus travel expenses
• Two spots available for 24/hr call shifts, primarily over long weekends
• Credentialing takes 30-45 days
• Start date is 4/1/25
• Ideally looking for a year contract, but will consider 3, 6, or 9 month contracts
• Schedule consists of 24/hr call from 7A to 7A
• Patient volume varies per 24 hours, averaging 10 - 13 patients per day plus calls
• Procedures include full spectrum vascular surgery, floor work, rounding, consults, etc.
• EMR system used is EPIC

Requirements

• CO license (will wait for license)
• Board Certified
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• DEA certification
