**Job Description**

- 4 days per week outpatient only, no call or weekends
- Clinic hours: Mon. - Thurs. 9 - 5
- Full time - ongoing
- Immediate start - temps possible for clean files
- No call, weekends, or holidays
- Large cardiology group - 20+ cardiologists and 20+ APPs
- Average number of scheduled office/clinic patients per physician per day: 14
- Advanced heart failure, management of complex heart failure patients. LVAD, ECMO required

**Requirements**

- Board certified in Cardiology
- Active Washington license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS certifications
