You will be supported by a collegial-esteemed internal medicine physician, including medical assistants. A Monday through Friday daytime work week schedule supports work-life balance along with minimal (extremely light) shared rotation phone call coverage. Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
• Connecticut License, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) or soon eligible
