We are offering a thriving outpatient practice in the picturesque town of Ellington, Connecticut. Our team is comprised of skilled internal medicine physicians and dedicated medical assistants. ECHN practice promotes a work-life balance with a Monday through Friday daytime schedule and no call coverage or weekends. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care clinical services with an emphasis on prevention and management of chronic diseases. Job Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care clinical services with an emphasis on prevention and management of chronic diseases
• Work in a thriving outpatient practice with a Monday through Friday daytime schedule and no call coverage or weekends

Requirements

• Graduate advanced degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with 2 or more years of experience as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
• Connecticut License, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) or soon eligible
