Associate Dean of Nursing

Eastern International College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Dean of Nursing to provide leadership and support for our nursing programs. The ideal candidate will hold an MSN and a terminal degree (PhD, DNP, or equivalent) and have a strong background in clinical/bedside nursing, as well as experience as a faculty member in a nursing department. Prior leadership experience as a department chair or in a similar administrative role is essential, along with expertise in curriculum development and accreditation processes. The Associate Dean will play a pivotal role in shaping the nursing curriculum, ensuring program accreditation, mentoring faculty, and fostering a high-quality learning environment for students. To maintain engagement with students, the Associate Dean will teach at least one nursing course each semester.

Benefits

• Pay: $102,483.00 - $108,884.00 per year
• Full-time schedule with 8-hour shifts
