El Camino Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our growing multi-specialty group in Los Gatos, CA.

Job Description

• Provide direct patient care in the outpatient clinic for patients ranging in age from 18 through geriatric years
• Call schedule - One weekend a month and one weekday a month
• Desire to be a vital part of a rapidly growing team of clinicians dedicated to providing high-quality patient care with an ambition to grow the practice. Physicians with an entrepreneurial spirit are encouraged to apply.
• Virtual inbasket support team
• Physician-centric organization, emphasizing collaboration, mentorship, clinician/staff well-being, and innovation through AI and other exciting projects
• Remote video visits
• Collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization
• Team-based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians with patient needs
