Job Description

• W2 employed position
• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Optional Saturdays
• Solo general dentist role at a multi-specialty site
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience required
• Must be confident practicing independently
• You'll be the only general dentist at this location
• Team includes: hygienist, oral surgeon, and pediatric dentist

Clinical Expectations

• Full-scope general dentistry:
  • Fillings
  • Crowns
  • Partials & full dentures
  • Hygiene procedures
  • Optional anterior endo
• Referrals available for complex or specialty cases

Compensation Package

• Daily guarantee: starts at $800/day, up to $900/day
• Production-based pay: tiered percentage
• Earn the higher of your daily guarantee or production
• Must meet daily guarantee threshold to unlock percentage model

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed to practice in Texas (active & in good standing)
