Job Description

• W2 employed position
• Full-time schedule:
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Solo General Dentist role
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Goal: 15 patients per day
• Hygienist onsite for clinical support

Clinical Responsibilities

This is a full-spectrum general dentistry role that includes:

• Fillings
• Crowns
• Partials & complete dentures
• Anterior endo (optional but preferred)
• Specialized cases are referred out

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting daily guarantee: $900/day
• Tiered production bonus: 25% - 28%
• You earn the greater of the daily guarantee or production
• Must meet the daily guarantee threshold to activate percentage

Ideal Candidate

• Must have an active Texas dental license - willing to wait for licensure
