Job Description

• W2 employed position
• Full-time schedule:
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Solo General Dentist role (1 year experience required)
• No hygienist onsite; must perform hygiene services
• Ages 11+ preferred
• Goal: 15 patients per day
• Supported by in-house specialists for referrals

Clinical Scope

Full-spectrum general dentistry is required, including:

• Fillings
• Crowns
• Partials & full dentures
• Hygiene procedures
• Anterior teeth endo (optional but preferred)

Specialized procedures referred to on-site specialists.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily guarantee:
  • Starting at $800/day
• Tiered production bonus (%):
  • Paid the higher of production or guarantee
  • Must meet daily guarantee to activate percentage

Requirements

• Active Texas dental license, willing to wait for licensure
• Minimum 1 year of general practice experience
• Comfortable working solo without hygienist
