Compensation and Perks

• Guaranteed salary + production ($1M+ total compensation)
• $45,000 sign-on bonus
• Annual quality bonus: up to $25,000
• APP oversight compensation: $7,500/year

Facility Details and Responsibilities

• Modern clinic completed in 2018, featuring advanced imaging, radiation oncology, lab services, and a 14-chair infusion center
• Monday-Friday schedule, with the potential for flexible hours
• Outpatient-only position, with no inpatient rounding required
• Telephonic call shared equally between physicians and APPs, typically 0-3 calls over a 24-hour period

Qualifications and Skills

• Board-certified/eligible in hematology/oncology
• Strong desire to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment
