Job Description

• Direct a team of 12 Advanced Practice Providers while managing a patient panel (ages 2+).
• Focus on direct-to-client services—no insurance billing complexities.
• Innovate care models, mentor staff, and oversee standards across clinic sites.
• Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with dedicated leadership time and PTO.

Compensation & Support

• Up to $300K base + relocation.

Requirements

• BC/BE Family Medicine MD/DO with 3+ years experience.
• Leadership background (mentorship, quality improvement).
• Alaska licensure-eligible (support provided).
