This full-time role offers the flexibility of weekday rounding with no night call, allowing you to balance meaningful clinical work with your personal priorities.

    Job Description

    • Location: Spokane, WA and surrounding communities
    • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
    • Setting: Post-acute care facilities
    • Call: No night or weekend call
    • Perform cardiology consults for adult patients in post-acute care settings
    • Manage chronic cardiac conditions and coordinate care plans
    • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and supervising physicians
    • Educate patients and facility staff on cardiovascular health and preventive care
    • Maintain thorough documentation using EMR tools, with full training and tech support

    Requirements

    • Nurse practitioner or physician assistant with an active Washington license
    • DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in cardiology or post-acute care preferred
    • Clinicians with a strong interest in cardiology encouraged to apply; additional training will be provided
    • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and a patient-centered mindset
