    Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner

    Job Description

    • Work in six emergency departments within the TriHealth health system
    • Collaborate with a supportive team of 45 physicians and 36 Advanced Practice Clinicians
    • Utilize full specialty backup and robust hospital resources across all sites
    • Engage in clinical partnerships with Cincinnati Reds (MLB), Cincinnati Bengals (NFL), and Xavier University Athletics
    • Benefit from a production-based compensation structure with equitable scheduling and flexible shift options

    Requirements

    • Current Ohio NP license (or eligibility)
    • Minimum 1-2 years of Emergency Medicine experience required
    • Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications (or ability to obtain)
    • Strong commitment to team-based care and patient-centered medicine
