Our independent, physician-led emergency medicine group is actively recruiting dedicated physicians to staff four Freestanding Emergency Departments (FSEDs) affiliated with Northwest Texas Healthcare System in Amarillo, Texas. Job Description

• 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling
• New FSED opened in May 2025
• Flexible 12- or 24-hour shift options
• Comprehensive emergency care with imaging and lab services
• Independent group where physicians have a voice in decision-making

Requirements

• MD or DO with Primary Care Boards (FM/IM) or ABEM Board Certification
• Current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (required)
• Eligible for a Texas medical license
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered emergency care
