Job Description

• Two clinics 20 minutes apart (one with urgent care attached)
• Clinic schedule - Monday-Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
• Recognized and certified as a patient-centered medical home provider
• Active and very manageable volume of patients
• Base salary between $230k-$250k plus bonuses - total compensation exceeding $300k!
