Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a PACE program in Modesto, California, to hire a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner. While prior experience is preferred, new graduates with a passion for senior care are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team providing patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Care for geriatric patients with multiple comorbidities, managing an average of 8-10 patients daily.

Requirements

• Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
