• Experienced and dedicated support staff including 3 RN and 3 AuD
• The office has 6 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms
• In-house referral base of over 60 primary care physicians
• Designated OR time
• Epic EMR
• $575,000 guaranteed plus production
• $105,000 signing bonus
