Emergency Medicine Physician

We're looking for board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physicians to join a high-performing team in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina—one of the fastest-growing counties in the U.S.

Job Description

• 120 hours/month minimum (12-hour shifts); additional shifts available with no cap
• Average patient volume: 1.8–2 patients/hour
• Main ED daily coverage: 4 physicians & 3 APPs
• No call responsibilities
• Shift scheduling supports work-life balance and sustainability

• Annual ED volume: 50,000+ visits
• Low transfer rate (2%) with well-established protocols for high-acuity transfers
