Family Medicine Physician

Job Description

• Currently seeking providers in Boulder, Greely, Loveland, Fort Collins, Louisville, and Lafayette.
• Physicians round on patients in Long Term Acute Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Clinical Triage manages calls from facilities 7 days a week, making on-call time painless.
• Work Monday through Friday with some flexibility.
• Physicians may be board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine.
• Providers dictate encounters with a solid infrastructure of data entry technicians and transcriptionists preloading clinical data and managing the technological requirements of today's EHR.
• Onboarding includes training in all relevant systems, including eClinicalWorks, Point Click Care, and Modal.
• Salary plus bonus incentives.
