Family Medicine Physician

A Rural Health Clinic in central New Hampshire is adding a Family Medicine physician. The staff includes three physicians and two advanced practice providers. Support staff includes a Medical Assistant for each provider, two nurses, and an office supervisor.

Job Description

• Total outpatient
• Shared call by phone only
• The minimum volume expectation is 16 patients per day
• The nurses do triage, care coordination, and nurse visits
• The compensation model is a guaranteed salary plus productivity incentive. Incentives also available for patient experience and quality
• Full benefits package including a strong retirement package
