Practice Medical Director

Currently seeking to hire a Practice Medical Director to join and lead their team in the Central District practice in Seattle, Washington.

Job Description

• Fantastic opportunity to work with a medically complex geriatric patient population in an integrated outpatient setting
• This practice offers smaller panel sizes and the opportunity to lead while working with a true team
• The care team includes Health Coaches, nurses, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health specialists
• Lead systemic change by building relationships with outside medical consultants, hospitalists, ER providers, etc.
