Job Description

• Work within a national, physician-led organization with 90+ clinics across the U.S.
• Outpatient-only, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Reduced patient panel, allowing physicians to focus on quality over volume
• Care for adults 65+ through acute, chronic, and preventive visits
