Envision Physician Services is recruiting a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their Ingalls Family and Urgent Care Center in Calumet City, IL. This position is cross-credentialed across three facilities in Calumet City, Flossmoor, and Tinley Park.

Job Description

• Annual volumes range from 5,000 - 30,000 depending upon location
• 18 ED beds in Calumet City, 10 ED beds in Flossmoor, 8 ED beds in Tinley Park
• Dedicated nocturnist
• Scribes, techs, nurses, and advanced practice provider coverage
• Lab and radiology on-site (CT, ultrasound, X-ray, MRI)
• EPIC EMR

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of urgent care or ED experience post-graduation is required
• New graduates will not be considered
