Job Description

• ED Volume: 123 patients per day
• 28 ED rooms
• 34-hour coverage with shift times at two 12-hour shifts, one 10-hour shift
• 48-hour APP coverage with 12-hour shifts
• Specialty Back Up: Hospitalist, 24-hour cardiac Cath lab, tele-neurology, nephrology, inpatient Gero psych, adolescent psych, and drug/alcohol detox center on site, Open ICU, NICU, OB with OB triage for patients over 20 weeks gestation
• New trauma level as of 12/10/2025
• Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible ABEM/AOBEM and have active Kentucky license
• If Board eligible, they must have ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS
