Serve where it matters most. ERP International is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to support the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, the U.S. Navy's oldest and largest hospital. Job Description

• Provide anesthesia for a full spectrum of surgical procedures
• Monitor patients and adjust anesthetics for optimal outcomes
• Consult with anesthesiologists for ASA Class 3+ or complex cases
• Conduct post-anesthetic evaluations within 48 hours and document care
• Support PACU discharge criteria and follow-up on complications
• Ensure equipment readiness and patient safety at all times
• Deliver age-specific care (neonate to geriatric patients)

Schedule Options

• Day Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Weekend & On-Call Opportunities Available

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Nursing; graduate of a COA-accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
• Experience: Minimum 24 months CRNA experience within the last 36 months
• Certifications:
  • National Certification (NBCRNA/AANA)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Active, unrestricted CRNA state license

On-Call & Shift Details

• Participate in equitable on-call rotation (approx. 2-3 times per month)
• Weekend shifts (including 24-hour coverage) available
• Hours carefully managed to maintain work-life balance
