Join our dynamic team as a Pediatric Surgeon in a busy, established practice that includes a diverse mix of surgical cases. Our practice features six general surgeons (two general, two colorectal, one bariatric, one endocrine), one surgical oncologist, and four physician assistants.

Job Description

• Manage a large variety of cases including general, robotic, endocrine, colorectal, bariatric, advanced laparoscopic surgeries, endoscopy, and colonoscopy.
• Work at a regional referral center with an ACS Cancer Center and research opportunities.
• Perform surgeries and admissions at St. Mary's Medical Center, a 330-bed tertiary hospital consistently ranked among America's Top 100 Hospitals.
• Collaborate with Miller-Dwan Medical Center, a 175-bed specialized care facility, and St. Mary's Hospital Superior, a 25-bed critical access hospital.
• Provide acute care surgery services that take all ER and hospital consults in addition to regional transfers.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Surgery.

• Duluth, MN - a harbor city located at the westernmost tip of beautiful Lake Superior.
• 150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
• Duluth metro population: 125,000.
• Regional service area: 460,000.

Compensation

• Starting at $633,000 annually. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
