    Job Description

    • Provide comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare services to patients of all ages
    • Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with patients and families
    • Promote health education, wellness, and disease prevention initiatives

    Requirements

    • Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
    • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia
    • Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
    • Strong clinical foundation in family practice and primary care
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
