    Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care)

    Job Description

    • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
    • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, including laboratory studies and imaging
    • Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and infectious conditions
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
    • Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with applicable regulations
    • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, medications, and preventive care
    • Promote healthy lifestyle practices and disease prevention strategies
    • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
    • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
    • Remain current with clinical guidelines, best practices, and continuing education

    Requirements

    • Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Arizona
    • Clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting
    • Strong knowledge of primary, acute, and chronic care practices
    • Understanding of healthcare regulations and clinical compliance standards
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • High ethical standards and professional integrity

    Preferred Qualifications
