Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care)

Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, including laboratory studies and imaging
- Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and infectious conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with applicable regulations
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, medications, and preventive care
- Promote healthy lifestyle practices and disease prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Remain current with clinical guidelines, best practices, and continuing education
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Arizona
- Clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting
- Strong knowledge of primary, acute, and chronic care practices
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and clinical compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards and professional integrity
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
