Community Overview
MHC has served south-central Montana since 1971, offering outpatient therapy, psychiatric care, crisis services, and substance use treatment to a broad, diverse patient population. Billings offers the perfect lifestyle balance. It's big enough for concerts, great restaurants, and direct flight access but small enough to enjoy life without traffic or crowds. Red Lodge Ski Resort is 45 minutes away, Yellowstone National Park is about 90 minutes away, and world-class hiking, biking, and fishing are at your doorstep. Known as the Banana Belt of Montana, Billings has relatively mild winters, sunny summers, and a welcoming, grounded community.
This is your chance to lead a respected psychiatric team ready for growth and innovation, shape and modernize clinical operations, mentorship, and outreach, serve a diverse, high-needs patient population where your work makes a difference, enjoy no call, no weekends, and all holidays off, and live and work surrounded by mountains, trails, and endless outdoor adventure.
