Psychiatrist & Medical Director

South Central Montana Regional Mental Health Center (MHC) is seeking a mission-driven Medical Director & Psychiatrist to lead our psychiatric team and help shape the future of behavioral health care in one of the most scenic and underserved regions in the country. Job Description

• Guide a team of providers and oversee clinical operations
• Provide direct patient care (approximately 80% clinical)
• Mentor future providers and help expand programs like telehealth, jail diversion initiatives, and residency training partnerships
• Strengthen relationships with healthcare systems, government agencies, and other mental health stakeholders
